Everything was good, so were exceptional views over the sea. The location was great, close to restaurants and pubs. Furthermore, the area was pretty comfortable.

High standard room, very nice stay!
Good location, 10 minutes' walk to a historical museum. Positioned in the charming area, just next door to the famous "Ladadika ", the shopping center of the city, and the restaurants and the other interesting attractions

Central location, good room size and extremely friendly staff! I was very happy with the rate I paid i.e. 90 Euros. However I do think that the normal rate of 300-400 (found on the chart behind the room door) is a realistic one!
I was looking forward to a cup of tea or coffee when I got to the room only to find out that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room! This needs to be looked at definitely. I also felt that the room had a smell of tobaco to it and as a non smoker this bothered me a bit.

We reserved a suite at the last minute and got an excellent price on Booked.net. The bedroom had windows to two sides with views over city and the old docks. The furniture (especially the bed) was very comfortable and we appreciated the separate sitting area. Breakfast was buffet style and of a high standard for typical hotel breakfasts in Greece.
The only down sides were: despite being on the fourth floor, the street noise was very noticeable with the road being busy almost all night; the bathroom in the suite was rather 'jaded' and poorly finished off (some years ago); the swimming pool is very small and it feels like you are swimming in a large cupboard!

For groups seeking a nice stay
We stayed for 4 nights and was like family and the staff not only organized a great wine and cheese event but also offered genuine help when we were in need. The lobby piano was a highlight, where we gathered to play and sing together.
It wasn't cheap, but considering the experience, still reasonable.

Nice location for dining and shopping. Perfect location for sunset view (seaside rooms)
no elevator in basement carpark and carpark price is not fair

Good location and elegant rooms.
Heating in the room cannot be adjusted. So the room becomes like a hell, until you realize that you can totally shut it down.
